Anyone know of repair shop to handle above. Naturally I want JL parts if required. I think it’s just a volume switch problem

Bay/Bloor were once dealers (I believe), so I’d try contacting them.

Unless its covered under warranty I'd save myself the arm and leg and take directly to a tech. Hence OP's reason for seeking help I presume.

What makes you think its a faulty volume? Are those digital step or analog? An analog should be pretty easy to change if you can solder and turn a screw driver.

Seems there was a massive problem with volume knobs on E110 subs. I had both of my amp boards replaced under warranty to address the problem.

Fixed!! Thanks to 347strokin for input. As you may all know, there’s no fixing, just replacing. Had the amp unit replaced, it only took 15 minutes. Here’s the contact.
