 Post subject: Unable to post my ad

After having completed the form, I press on the "place ad" and my ad does not appear on Canuck Audio Mart site. Thank you

Hi danicandi,

  • When you click on "Place Ad" do you see the browser waiting for the server at all?
  • Can you describe exactly what happens after you click "Place Ad"? Does the page refresh? Does the browser sit there waiting for the server?
  • If you scroll up and down the form after clicking "Place Ad" do you see any red boxes with error messages in them?
  • Can you try to post with Chrome or Firefox and see if it works?

What you see on the print screen of the form is what shows up after I have clicked on "place ad.

The 2 red rectangular boxes (next to the 2 files) are the only red boxes I saw on the form.

Please let me know if I should still try posting with Chrome or if you have other suggestions.

I also sent a print screen of "preview".

I don't see any obvious signs of why you can't post with Safari, danicandi can you proceed to try with Chrome and see what happens?

Hi admin. Before posting my ad on Chrome today, I realized my heading "AKIKO AUDIO CORELLI POWER CONDITIONER" was not supposed to be in capitol letters. So I changed that. Then, in "URL" I had put "akikoaudio.com", but a pop-up window appeared asking me to fill in the URL (Safari never asked that) and below URL shows "OPTIONAL". Why was I forced to fill in "URL"? So I put "https://www.akikoaudio.com & clicked on "place ad". Then another two windows appeared asking "Brand" and "Model". So i filled in "Akiko Audio" in "Brand" and "Corelli" in "Model". I clicked on "place ad" and it finally worked.

I received an e-mail from Canuck giving me the option to unsubscribe topic, which I will do. Thank you again for your help. Danny Kalibaba
