Hi, I sold my Anthem Statement A5 to Joshua NG and despite at least three attempts to send him a request for feedback, he hasn’t received a single one!

I am unable to find a user Joshua NG.

I do not see your feedback as a seller to them.

How do you know they did not received the requests?

Feedback is optional, not mandatory...

Joshua NG is on the US version of the site.

Joshua says he’s more than happy to supply feedback as he’s very pleased with the purchase.

Regarding “how do I know that he didn’t receive the request for feedback,” first, because he told me so and second, because he provided a screenshot of his email inbox!

Dr.J – I do not see user “Joshua NG” on either CAM or USAM. In order for Admin to assist, they will most likely need the correct user name.

Odd, they do not show up when I search them in US Audio Mart.

Did you leave them feedback first?

Did you use the PM system? If so you need 3 post for it to work, currently you have 2.
or they may have to be a member to leave feedback, that I am not sure of.

This is the message I get when I search them.

USAM Error
Searching for "Joshua NG"
Searched Advertiser and Forum Board Users: not found
Searched Banned and Fraud Reports: not found

Therefore this user is a guest member or whose account is inactive.
Guests members are users that respond to ads without registering for the Forum Boards.

Ohms,

After I marked the sale “sold,” as I remember it, a toggle appeared allowing the requisition of feedback- this is how I sent the request the first time. The next couple of times, if I’d go to the ad marked sold, the requisition would appear again and so I sent the next two or three requests via this method.

By two posts, do you mean on the forum? If so, is there another method for requesting feedback that supersedes the need for three posts?

Lastly, I will query Josh about his USA membership.

I asked Josh for more US Audio account information, but, in the mean time, I have his email address. Before I provide it, however, I have to ask: are these messages public? If so, is there a way I can send it privately?
