Just curious if any CAM members have seen/heard Tri-Art Audio gear in person?

http://www.triartaudio.com/

Looks interesting.

It seems they displayed at a few audio shows in the past few years.

If you enjoy the hippie aesthetic and live in a log cabin, this might be for you.

Or if you enjoy great sound using different materials and non-standard cases then these are for you.

Everything I have read from Tri-Art has been excellent.

An I am not a hippie.

Have heard their gear at TAvEs

It was excellent

Think there is a lot of immaturity with other comments from other members

Everything's made of bamboo.

These guys must hate Panda-bears.

Did anyone catch this on tv last friday? Tri-Art's Pebbles turntable featured on Daily Planet: http://watch.discoverychannel.ca/#clip1063361

Going to be keeping my eye on this company! Wish I could have gone to CES this year :(

Very different, but unfortunately bamboo is not very dense.
Some items like speaker enclosures, and vibration control platforms require a very dense product, bamboo would be low on my list for an audio building product.
But sound is not everything, sometimes the looks will make the sound…

Regards
Ohms
