Hi Guys...........I just want to know the process to take when you receive Negative Feedback, but no actual transaction ever took place. As far as I was aware if no transaction takes place then you are not allowed to leave negative feedback.......Is this correct? After reading the Negative feedback that was left I clicked on the "Report this feedback" button 9 hours ago and am awaiting word on what will be done.......hopefully CAM will delete this negative feedback(since NO actual transaction took place)........Is there any other process I have to do/take?

Correct – feedback cannot be left unless a transaction has been completed. Use the Report Ad feature and explain your situation. The moderators will clear it up

It looks like your suspicions about this guy were spot on. His feedback indicates that he is a bit unhinged.
You dodged a bullet. Be thankful that you didn't sell to him, and trust that the moderators will clear it up for you.

If no transaction was done, his NFB is against Cam' rules.

However, I don't understand why you refused his payments.
He said his bank does not allow more than $5k EMT per day for security reason.

You should have accepted and waited until all the money is IN your bank account.
I can't see where was the danger for you.

First day he sends $5k, the next day the remaining $1.2k.
Simple.

After all, the guy has a perfect 100% Positive Feedback from 46 users.
If 100% from 46 users is not ok, I'm wondering about the utility of feedbacks...

With 50 feedbacks and some kind of ability to make couriers do his bidding for him, you might think he would have some ability with written communication and not scare a seller off, even maybe know what feedback rules are. He stayed out of the thread other than to PM in the background and let others do his arguing for him and then did this? Sorry, 50 feedbacks or not, I wouldn't ever deal with him....

Fortunately, the feedback and threads will go away and maybe the guy will have learned something....

Seller scared himself off by not having experience on CAM...and not thoroughly thinking it through...

The number of times I wish there was someway to leave 'negative feedback' when 'no money has exchanged hands' grows yearly!!! lol

Like somebody says...there is 'no cure for stupid!!!'... 8)

Seriously? "Some kind of ability to make couriers do his bidding for him..."

Do you mean like hiring a company whose entire purpose is to do exactly this task - picking items up and shipping them? It's called a shipping agent...

Volks, I had a look and that negative feedback has been withdrawn and should no longer be visible to the public.

Now that this is solved, this thread is locked.
