Anyone deal with Benjamin ad Audio Basics? I returned a cable to him and I have yet to receive a refund. I've left voicemails and emails repeatedly and they have been ignored.

Yes, I have and received exceptional service from them.
I hope they are not closing doors as in the case of TT Weights.
Perhaps, try calling them.
I hope it get resolve soon.

sent it back in late september. followed up a few times in october and november through email and voicemails. finally got settled today.

They're on the CAM dealer sponsor list.

I've bought from Audio Basics several times, and have received nothing but exemplary service from Benjamin to date. A year or two ago, he went above and beyond to help me track a time-critical package late one evening, that Canada Post had delivered to the wrong address.

I hope your issue was an isolated incident and it was (eventually) resolved to your satisfaction.
