I think it says a little bit about music and whole lot about manufacturing.

Agree. Doubt very much this will be the future of music. Just one artist using his imagination. Not really my style of music but I thought it was well done.

I found it quite entertaining to watch.
Not sure I believe, yet, that it was real. I mean, was it just a cool video, or really robots playing...?

Dunno.

Either way,
Kinda neat.

Fit's the digital genre.

pat metheny maid a dvd the orchestron project. he is alone playing music , and got a room full of musical instrument driven by computer and solinoid switches that activate each instrument and those are not easy instrument, driven by computer. it most be quite hard to sinchronise all that . and then play music to accompany those instrument. it is pretty interesting and convinsing. but I find it a bit dry not feeling the music as much as real players like a violin you know how the speed of the arch can vary, and sustaining each note can be done so well as the best of player can do it.

I’d rather see these guys in concert than Ed Sheran

Digitally generated facsimiles of what music once was. Future looks very bleak.

It's the golden age of music consumption. Future is so bright I need a welding helmet.
