Next is the friggin snow blower, 15 inches coming at us right now in Lac Du Bonnet Manitoba.

Sounds like the way I'd like to go out! I'd take 15" of snow over mosquitoes any day.

Got to see Dizzy in '92 when he was leading The United Nations Orchestra. What a group!

Swapped in this Scott 299D, replacing the relays in the Mc. Got to say really exceptional litte 56 year old. The phono stage is very life like (another word to hate). Just saying G. bit perfect is really a check sum. Any time I can check the math I am a happy man. The quality of the recording that’s another thing. Anyway back to the Scott, shout out to vintage in Burlington for rebuilding the boards.

Yo la Tengo in general are really tough recordings. The up beat pop tunes are generally OK but the distorted guitar tracks I find fatiguing...They usually come in to play when I'm tube rolling my system for tolerance levels...Love the band thou.....

Sweet looking amp BTW....Sometimes I wish I had tone controls.

Hey David, this morning I decided to go shopping in the garage in my backup record collection and among others I dragged in four Police albums including Synchronicity. Maybe I'll give that one a listen tomorrow. Tonight it's Calgary / Montreal. :D

Absolutely, you can be track selective with vynil, it is just more of a commitment. Making the commitment to an artist musically can be a challenge, but never a boring journey. Still thank the lord for the recording industry, to have the opportunity to listen to pristine recording from 80 years ago etc, surreal. T
