That’s a fantastic idea for a new thread, “Show off a VIDEO of your two channel system”
I’d follow that like a hound!

So I looked on the net for a Bluetooth streaming capable storage device ( other than a phone ) that I could take with me in the car and everything that comes up is a MP3 device. I want to load it with CD or better quality music so is there a quality piece out there for the job?. Or maybe these MP3 ...

Or after a large satisfying meal? Do you crave snacks or drinks while listening? Does it occur more or less with analog or digital? Do yo enjoy the hobby more when sober? Thanks. Nothing better than listening after a large meal, slumping blob-like in the sweet spot...at least until the call of the ...

I have experienced these loudspeakers many, many times. Stereophile magazine has lost what little credibility they had with me. My NOLA Boxer S2s ($2900.00) completely destroy these Harbeths in every parameter imaginable. J. Not really any of my concern, but this post wouldn’t be one of your finer ...

I have a couple of SMSL AD18 amps that are tiny, have 3.5 analog/usb/optical/coax/Bluetooth- 80w@4ohms, remote etc...they were about $130usd each from Massdrop / $190ish from Amazon. There’s a similarly spcc’d SMSL Q5, less power, on Massdrop for $85usd now, looks like $186cdn on Amazon. I might hav...

I love that moment when you realize a pair of speakers sounds way better in another environment or with another amp. My favourite of those was my quad esl57s. I thought they were great but was a little dissapointed considering the effort I put into restoring them. Then I put them in a big room, pul...

Just sold on my Maggie 1.6’s that lived in the man cave for the last 3 years and I was originally going to move the ASW Genius floorstanders from the living room down there while I shop for something in an OB design, but then I thought, why not try the Unity Inner Soul stand mounts down there from m...

If you don't have anything intelligent to say, then remain silent and let someone who is helpful, chime in. Kinda looked like Libor was being helpful in an intelligent way, whereas you chose the typically aggressive internet keyboard warrior approach. Maybe try “thanks for the hint, I’ll give googl...

Good evening ladies and gents, I’m in the process of negotiating a trip to T.O. on the Taves weekend, pretty sure I can convince her to join me for an hour or so on Saturday but anyone know of any ticket discounts? $50 for the two of us for what will likely be a couple of hours seems a bit of waste....

Has norhing to do with iTunes. Lghtning DS is a standalone app. Had the same issue. It seems that everytime you add content to the Aries it recreates a full database to add the new content. It does not seem to erase the old database. So data storage adds up rapidly. I'm guessing here. The only way ...

i was going to use "The cult of GoldenEar".... So I was rattling around in a fairly odiferous plane recently checking out the Absolute Sound 2017 guide to loudspeakers and they had a quick blurb on the GoldenEar Triton Reference - only $9000usd for a speaker with a pile of drivers, ...
