Item condition actually exceeded expectations in many ways. I received an original input/output cable with the unit, which I found impressive. The unit looked better than expected. The only area in which it fell short was that a fuse lamp was out on one of the meters - not the fault of the seller as all the lamps worked in the ad photos and immediately before shipping. The filament in it was likely shaken loose (most likely while in Customs) during shipping, which is no big deal because they are inexpensive and easy to replace. I was also given an unexpected $5.00 discount! Excellent seller!

Phil's great to deal with. We had a number of email exchanges before settling on a date for me to visit his place. His description on his ad is accurate, he's friendly and passionate about this hobby. He even went so far as to carry the receiver and helped me load it up in my car. We are still in touch as he continues to give advice on help in maintenance, cleaning as well as sending me copies of schematics. I wouldn't hesitate at all to purchase from Phil again. He made this a great introduction to a wonderful hobby for a newbie.
