Custom Built Powercords For Every Budget And Application From Glenerd2 in Jul 21, 2017Jul 21, 2017 From Glenerd2
Gene and Lyn are fantastic to do business with..
I was looking for a certain length speaker cable and after a couple of emails my order was in. A few days later I received word that they were on their way.. Very quick service, considering they had to be custom made and spent time on the burner.
These speakers wires out do the 1100 US dollar pair I was using originally.
Thank you Gene and Lyn. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will look at you for more in the future
Ordered a custom length pair of TFA sub cables. Arrived in a quick 3 days. Cables look and perform awesome. No problem recommending TFA to all fellow CAM members.

Inner and outer record sleeves Free Shipping on orders over $99 From VladTheImpala in Jul 06, 2016Jul 06, 2016 From VladTheImpala
Been buying record sleeves, interconnects, and other analog supplies from Take Five Audio for over a year. Their prices and service just cannot be beat. When it comes to the niche market of high-end audio supplies and DIY materials, in my opinion they offer hands down the best deals in Canada. The 100 pack of inner record sleeves for $24.95 is a really great deal - the best deal I can find in the country. The sleeves are really excellent anti-static sleeves that slide easily into the record cover, and unlike the more expensive (and frankly overrated) MoFi sleeves, these sleeves are specially designed so that the two walls are a slightly different length. This way, the opening of the sleeve where you actually slide the record in, is made so that one flap comes out slightly past the other, making it easy to pry open as you are inserting the record and making the opening of the sleeve easily accessible. You can actually use the record itself to pry the sleeve open as you slide it in. With the MoFi sleeves, the two walls are the exact same size, so you have to use your other hand to pry the sleeve open and hold it open while you use your other hand to slide the record inside, making it more likely that you will drop your record (believe me I have done it). I have already purchased about 6 or 7 hundred of these and will continue to use them as my main sleeves.
Pleasure doing business. Bought some shorting plugs. Fast and accurate service. Excellent communication, Will deal with again.
Thanks Gene,Great Belden 8402 interconnects and very helpful with my WE speaker cable project.
Take Five Audio has fantastic products at reasonable prices.
I recently purchased a Cryo Treated DIN Plug Kit, Rega RB1000 Phono Cable, a number of MOFI pruducts and a pack of 100 Outer Record sleeves. Through their website (Order Number: 19944) They were shipped and received exactly as described in a efficient manner. Highly recommended. An asset to the CAM community Would definitely do business with them again. Thanks again A+++
Excellent transaction with Lyn on Mogami 2549 Gold RCA cables. Price, service, packing and shipping just perfect. My HT never sounded better now with fully matched interconnects!

Searching for a HP cable was frustrating. Nobody on the online forums could agree if it was worth it. So I challenged Gene to provide a comment as to why this might be. He did so and did me one better- He sent me a cable to try...and I bought it. I could tell it was worth the money the first 10 seconds of the first song (Macklemore and Ryan Lewis/Thriftshop- excellent A/B'ing track. Lots going on in that song). I don't know what you get with the Uber$$ cables out there, but as my first upgrade (and last?) this one is worth it. Thanks Gene.
