Just thought I'd post my views on the above mentioned speaker cables. After winning a pair of these in an auction last week, I'd like to say that these cables sound great. At first, I could not believe what a difference they made. I've used Kimber 8PR & some Monster cable prior to going after the Unity's. Omer (from Oz Enterprises) also gave me a chance to sample some other brands (AQ Type 2, Type 4+ & Ultra Link Challenger & Excelsior - see previous posts) of speaker cables in the past but I cannot begin to tell you how good these Unity's sound. I also picked up some "preamp jumpers" to go along with the Unity Basic Interconnects (purchased earlier last month - again from Omer) & the speaker cable. After swapping in my new cables I could not believe the difference in sound. The sound became much "fuller" and "deeper" with the Unity equipment. It felt like I had added another set of speakers in my room. My room size is 12x14. But now it feels like it's 24x28!!! I was happy with the way my system sounded before, but now I feel like I have a brand new system. I'm thinking about picking up another pair of speaker cables as well as a 1m pair of the Unity interconnects so I can finish off building my "budget" system. For now anyway. As I stated here before, please try and give the Unity line up some thought. It is very affordable and looks nice too. Contact Omer at "www.ozenterprises.net" and see if can help you out. You will not be disappointed with the Unity stuff or with Omer's GREAT service. My system consits of the following;

NAD C320BEE - (running to high freq's - separated pre & power section with "Y" adapters in order to facilitate bi-amping)
NAD C270 - (running to the low freq's)
NAD C521BEE - (cd player)
NAD C422 - (tuner)
Totem Acoustic Sttaf - speakers (bi-amped)
Unity Link Speaker cable - (10' pair)
Unity Basic Intercnnects - (1m)
Unity Preamp Jumpers

Thank you,
Peter

Bacon - I'll second both your recommendation for Unity products, and for service via Oz Enterprises.

I also picked up a pair of Unity speaker cables and it was a great purchase to say the least. I had a so-called better cable in my system prior to purchasing the Unity, but do prefer the Unity sound. I can't quite put the sound into words, other than to say it just plain sounds better.

I'll put another plug in for the speaker cable jumpers. Bought a set from Omer and they are very nice. Excellent build, look great and are just plain easier to work with. Oh yeah....priced well in comparison to those others I have been able to find.

Unity is great.....I can't wait to see what else they come out with in the future.

Third :)

I am trying out the interconnects now... :) And they are great.

So I am slowly converting over to Unity.
