Hi everyone

I own a moon 250i since 2015, I noticed sometimes it turns itself on and off, happened last night and a few times last year. Has anyone experienced issues with the amplifier like this before?
Please let me know if anyone might know what causes it, before i contact the dealer.

Tested in different rooms/sockets and with different cables, no difference.

Thank you

I owned one for several years and never experienced that issue. Sounds very unusual!

Have a moon i1 and no issues what so ever. Get in touch with Simaudio.

Maybe as simple as changing batteries in your remote .
Could be remote sensor in the amp.

They are very good with response. I've had and still do have a few Simaudio pieces and never had that problem.

Does it come with a remote? My audio research pre-amp was turning it self on and off as well as changing input selection. It turned out that the remote was bad. I bought a new remote and its been working fine since. If it does have a remote, take the batteries out and see if the problem resolves.
