Lately I have been exploring the NPR Tiny Desk concerts and I must say that not only is it a great way to keep a bit current on pop music but the audio quality is darn nice nearfield my desktop Adam Audio speakers. It reminds me of why I got into this hobby as a teenager.

I figured I would share the url. Enjoy!

The series has helped me appreciate artists I've overlooked in the past. I listen to every one with my wife as they come out. Tank and the Bangas and Tyler the Creator were noteworthy for 2017 performances.

Love this series too. One of my favourites from the last year was the Anderson Paak and the Free Nationals one. Awesome musicians! Also the Run the Jewels one was very good.

Yes! These are very well recorded and very enjoyable.

My favourite so far: Florist.
Other standouts: Steve Martin and the Steep Canyon Rangers, Jason Isbell, Lyle Lovett, Leon Bridges...

Thanks for the tip Rephlex, will have to listen to Run the Jewels next!

Run The Jewels was fantastic.
ELP and Killer Mike make a fantastic Duo and you would not think their music would fit the TinyDesk format, but (IMO) they killed it..

The Alt J session is great.

No one else out there like them.

I'd like to see Mac Demarco and Childish Gambino as future guests.
