Your question is a bit difficult to understand but I’ll take a stab at it. By “men room correction” I am going to assume you mean McIntosh MEN220 Room Correction.

The McIntosh MEN220 is meant to be placed between a preamp and power amplifiers. You could use the PS Audio DAC as a preamp into the MEN220 and still benefit from room correction. The MEN220 accepts the uncorrected analog signal from the DAC, applies the room correction algorithm then sends that corrected analog signal to your amplifiers.

I’ve only seen Audyssey being applied to Home Theater specific hardware, either a HT Receiver or HT Pre-Processor. Is there a specific component you own or are interested in? An example would be helpful.

Just to add in relation to Audyssey and HT. The PS Audio is a 2 channel DAC – it will not accept a multi channel digital signal from a HT Receiver or HT Pre-processor. And despite the I2S connection on the DAC utilizes a HDMI interface, it will not accept a HDMI signal. The source must be I2S compatible in order to use this connection.
