Hi my name is MrAcoustat, i'm a 2 channel cd only audiophile, my passion is Audio morning noon and night it's always about Audio, if you wish to show off your system, this is the place for it, none to small and none to big, come on show your stuff, some may call it EXHEBITIONISM but i call it being PROUD, two very different things, you may stay in the dark if you wish, or post your system here for everyone to see.

PS: My home is open to any C.A.M. member.

PS: When the system is playing, the tv is off, that's the ( M.A.F. ) Man Acceptance Factor, description of my system is in my signature, here are a few photos ( yes i'm proud of my system, i must be an exhibitionist )

PS: 61 pages of great systems PLEASE keep them coming!!!!!

My system:

....or maybe not. Seems I'm having problems uploading my picture. It's a JPEG, should that present issues?

Do all of those swords offer some sort of room acoustic treatment?

Firstly, thank you Mr Acoustat for posting this. I'm looking forward to others posting their set ups!

Here's my humble set up. No massive power amps taking up the floor. No elaborate turntable with pieces of gold made from magical elves. Just good, clean, musical enjoyment.

Elac 208 Anniversary
Red Wine Audio 70.2 mono block amps - SLA battery powered.
Red Wine Audio Isabella pre amp - SLA battery powered - with built in 16/44.1 linear DAC (USB, Toslink, Coax BNC) with NOS Amperex Holland tubes
Arcam CD 36T as transport
Pro-Ject Xperience acrylic turntable with Ortofon Rondo Blue cartridge.
Pro-Ject Tube Box II phono pre.
Sony Playstation 3 blu-ray, media player.
AudioPrism Foundation 2 conditioner
Cables: Purist Audio Aqueous Aureous speaker cable, and Interconnects pre-power, Tributaries digital coax CD-DAC, Cardas Golden Reference IC phono-pre, stock Pro-ject from turntable, Virtual Dynamics David power cord for transport, IsoTek for plasma, Monster HDMI,
AudioPrism QuietLine noise traps around the room.
Vibrapods, wood blocks, lead/aluminum footers, heavy maple chopping boards.

Winter:
Your jpeg's have to be less then 1mb and with a proper .jpg extension. You'll see some red lettering when you try to post explaining your problem. It's a finicky, antiquated forum this, but be patient.

Rega Fono pre-amp
Wharfedale Evo2-10

Need to redo the TV stand, new plasma doesn't quite fit, but oh well. Got some weird artifacts on the back wall in the first pic, too lazy to redo, but believe me, the walls are in great shape!

So what - that doesn't let people actively show off their stuff. Live and let live, dude.

I appreciate seeing this stuff - and I would never take the time to go through the members' gallery.

It's like show and tell. :)

Some nice systems here! Are those granite body speaker boxes? Would everyone be able to list their equipment with their pics so we all know what we are seeing. Always fascinating. Never 2 systems alike.
