This seller Irene S., has not provided reimbursement of the insurance payout from Canada Post for the damaged speakers as was promised February 12th, '09 in her email. The original transaction took place in January.
There was no response or follow-up from the seller beyond a second attempt to obtain an insurance payout from Canada Post due the original insurance cheque reportedly being lost in the mail. To sum up, further attempts to contact the seller by email and phone were futile as the seller apparently has changed address without notice. Regrettably, the seller has shown callous indifference to resolving the matter; an appalling experience with the seller, Irene S..

I wasn't able to find any feedback or that user name on CAM. If there was no feedback before, you took a huge risk by sending money to someone out of province with no history.
Sounds like you got screwed.
