When I get phony e-mails (supposedly) from PayPal, they are always to the e-mail address that I use exclusively for CAM.
I know it is phony because my PayPal address (also my daily e-mail account) is different from my CAM e-mail.

Just send the email to paypal and then block the e mail address it came from, it's a scam I talked to PP about one I received that's what I was told to do.

A general safety tip is to always make sure that you are actually on paypal.com BEFORE you try to log in. This applies to CAM as well, there have been members who got their accounts hacked by logging into fake CAM login pages.

Always look to make sure the URL matches the site you are trying to log into, and also try to make sure it's not just a mispelt version of the site. Like paypel.com (a made up example)

Here is the email that shows when I hover on Paypal as sender

kobayashi@tomiokacci.or.jp

So it is definitely a scam.
