Greetings!

What should I do if a cassette recorder purchased from a Canuck member does not function properly (the recording function is out of order)? The seller claims that this unit was recently serviced. He stopped answering my questions saying “read the manual and do what is written there”. I was visited by a tech and he could not find the reason why thin unit does not work. I feel being cheated. Shall I report Canada police?
