A Bacon Cheddar cheeseburger at Grassburger: 1/4-pound 100% grass-fed angus patty with tomato, lettuce, onions, pickles and chipotle mayo on a brioche bun. Side of fries and a chocolate shake. By far the best burger I've had in Abq. The chain is expanding and I'm hoping they build one in Rio Rancho soon.

Ditto. This time I had the 1/2-lb. grassburger with fries and a shake sans the bacon & cheese. After this 2nd visit it occurred to me that grass-fed and hormone-free ground beef is one of the simple and uncomplicated gastronomical pleasures of life. At least it is for my unsophisticated tastes. As such I plan on eliminating all other hangerbers from my diet and instead I will patronize Grassburgers at least twice a month.

The store called it a standing rib roast, but if there's just one bone it's a steak in my books.... 1.16kg.

Served with baked potatoes and sauteed yu lan.

That's a Weber Performer with the Gourmet System grill. I don't have any other attachments for it - they have a wok, and a few other things that can insert in the centre.
