My system is old, used and bought from CAM and Audiogon, but it serves me well. My next upgrade would be new turntable to replace my Dual CS5000.

Magneplanar 2.6r speakers with MOD crossover
Duntech Opal speakers
Velodyne DD 10 Sub
Classe CA 400 Amp
Sonic frontiers Line 1 Special edition pre-amp
Classe CP .5 cd player
Kimber select 1130 balance interconnect cables.
Kimber bi-focal speaker cables

Looked like the same viewpoint, do you switch out speakers?? If you do, for what do you use what and why?? If you understand that question

Hi Analogluvr,

Yes, I do switch them. I use the Duntech for most of the critical listening. The Maggies are just for movies or when I like the music play loud. It is a pain to switch them, but it is a part of this hobby.

Cheers

Beautiful. While the sound of the Orbe SE II may be better I prefer the look of the platter of the Gyro. It is the same as the platter of Bluenote 's turntables.

This is a table that looks similar.
