Just got back. Thanks to itsnotluck as my phone photos always go sideways.

Great show overall, they played about 2.5 hours or so. It was a big stage, 2 drum kits flanking a percussion set in the centre. 2 guitar, 2 bass, 2 keyboards, violinist, cellist, backing vocals. At times everybody was playing, they were like one big group with certain members sitting out at times.

Peter Gabriel opened the show and was awesome. His music has such a dramatic flair when played live. Really they more or less took turns and at times covered each other's music. PG had a dark and kinda funky version of "If You Love Somebody (Set Them Free)" which was great. Sting was in fine form, he dug back to the Ghost In The Machine album for "Invisible Sun" which was a surprise. PG's performance of "Red Rain" was the very definition of thunderous bass. 8)

It was concert loud, not to the extent we had at the last show we attended.

The crowd was really into it, a good time had by all. Very successful date night for me & the wife. :)

Saw the show in Montreal. Epic performance by 2 masters "au sommet de leur art"
Really enjoyed it.
