Hi everyone,

For the past day or so any emails we send to @rogers.com have been bouncing as being invalid emails.

We're looking into what the problem is and have requested support from our email provider.

In the meantime, if you are using a @rogers.com account on CAM please be aware you are probably not receiving any emails from us, including when someone replies to your classifieds. You may wish to check the site to see whether you are receiving any replies.

I had some emails bounce back from friends with a Rogers email accounts yesterday. Not CAM related. All good now though.

I responded to an ad a few hours ago and it came back with a delivery failure notice and yes the recipient has Rogers email account.

As of today there have been no more @rogers.com bounces, but some addresses were still bouncing yesterday. We expect this to be mostly resolved now, but I'll report here if we notice anything further. You may try to reply again to the one that bounced on you and see if you get another bounce.

is there now a issue with telus emails? I have got a couple of failed permanently notifications trying to respond to a sellers ad.

Its a problem with Rogers/Yahoo.

I have had no emails come through in the last week......even though I know some were sent to me. I don't believe it has anything to do with CAM. I made changes to my Rogers account yesterday and have yet to receive the email outlining the changes I made.

that happens to us in the toronto area a few weeks back...emails via cell phone were fine, through home internet however it took 3-4 days.
