Just as one of my for sale ads expired, I sold the item to a CAM member.

I'd like to request feedback but I'm not able find how I can mark the expired item sold and request the feedback without relisting and having it count toward my max # of posts.

Is this just not an option without relisting or did I miss it? :)

Same boat here too. An item that had expired sold. Buyer was excellent and I would like to help build his reputation accordingly.

Canuck ads never die. You should be able to send them the original link for the ad. Then they can click on the link, get to the ad and leave feedback whether it is expired or not. (unless CAM changed things and doesn't allow it)
That or they can leave you generic feedback not related to the ad...?

First of all, the buyer should always be able to access the old ad through the links that will exist in their emails from the CAM system.

Sellers can request feedback on any sold ad by clicking the "Get Feedback" button under "My Tools" in the ad on the right hand side of the page about half way down.

Do NOT pollute CAM with redundant ads when you've already sold an item.

Confirmed. I can access the expired ad.

The ad expired before I had a chance to mark the ad sold. I cannot find any "My Tools" or "Get Feedback" button in the expired ad.

MakeAudio,

Can you link to the expired ad? Expired ads can still allow feedback up to a certain number of day (I think 30-60 days) so I want to see how old the expired ad is.

Thank you, you should be able to mark these expired ads as SOLD now.

Another easy way: go to :My Responses>click on ad > click on user name>click on profile>there's the button to give feedback. Works every time.
