Hi rednecknber,

We have traded emails and discussions on this in the past. All usage stats on CAM work on a rolling 12 months period. The stats you see are for the past 12 months of usage, and your usage limits are based on that.

It looks to me like you've hit the Premium User limits and will have to upgrade to a Premium+ user to keep posting. If that doesn't seem reasonable, you should be able to post again in the next few weeks, and keep following the same tips which I think we spoke together about before:

  1. Try to use the relist feature instead of bumpoing ads so frequently. You posted your "JPW P1 Classic British speakers " ad 4 times for instance. By eyeballing your posting history it looks like you could have saved yourself at least 40-50 of your post count by not bumping or reposting so much and instead relisting.
  2. You can set your ads to 30 day expirations and relist them every 30 days, relists will count towards daily and monthly limits, but not yearly limits.

We've refunded your payment and you are now a regular user, however, because you repeatedly go over limits it seems your account is disabled for the time being altogether. It might take around 6 months or so to clear out your status before you can post again and we would have to reactivate your account, after which I recommend limiting yourself to 5 posts a month.

Just for the record, you've posted almost 2100 ads in your time on CAM and we've spent a lot of time providing support for you in those years. We appreciate your Premium membership support but I feel your usage volume justifies a Premium+ membership. The problem I see here is that you seem to really want to post a lot on CAM but you disagree with our method of asking such volume users to support the site, the best way to reconcile this difference of opinion on the site's value is to use it as a free user and just limit yourself to posting maximum 5 listings a month once your usage history clears up.
