Nice!

Always wanted those IRS...until i saw how many people required to hook them !

Was interesting to hear the sound of his voice change as the room progressed from empty to treated.

I don't think it's good business for Paul M to post videos of such failure. How can anyone trust his products if he can't design his reference room properly?
I'm curious if any CAMMER has done a built-in Heimholtz resonator that works.
Why did he place the resonator ports up so high? Shouldn't they be closer to floor or similar elevation to woofers? Something wrong with his testing equipment?!
Jeeeeeez! It must be WAY easier than designing varieties of components..

There will ALWAYS be someone that would have done better or different than what YOU did, there are EXPERTS on paper and there are EXPERTS in real life, BUT when you are a do it yourselfer you simply do the best you can, as for ALL the other so called experts out there, go ahead and do your own rooms. :)

You are right i am opiniated, BUT i have NEVER said that you should THINK like me, members here are old enough to decide for themselves, but like anyone else here i have a right to my opinions, like it or not.

So finishied all but #6 ( wont play on the iPad)...
Te failure apears to be that the built in hemholtz resonators were ineffective at the low frequencies like they had predicted.

Will be interesting to see what the come up with.

You're right Mr A.
BUT one expects an 'expert' like Paul M, who owns one of the biggest audio companies, to get his reference room right, no?
He obviously needs to change up his acoustic engineer.
And perhaps some other engineers who design all those products they keep pumping out?
BTW he still hasn't resolved the issue. Maybe his goals are set too high..

Funny thing with design and engineering, things don't usually just happen perfectly the first time around. It's a process, not an event, give them a chance to sort through things, there are always unforeseen issues and yes, maybe even miscalculations. Jumping to conclusions at this point only shows one's inexperience with this type of thing. BTW, is it reasonable to expect that an audio "gear" designer should automatically be an acoustic engineer? It always amazes me the Demi-God status audiophiles give to those who design gear. They are just people ya know.
