No idea, I emailed them 3 times when I was looking for a new TT. Never got a reply, ended up buying off someone else.

yes, communication is not their strong point. I have both phoned and e-mailed with no luck recently ... I too will move on.

They treated me to nice afternoon of tunes a year or so back. Nice shop!

I was in the shop a couple weeks ago. Things seemed normal at the time. They are usually open Mon - Sat, although Dave sometimes steps out for a few minutes to grab a sandwich.

They may well be closed today.

FYI - Went in for a visit to Loyalty downtown before Xmas and found the space for rent. The website indicates a new address: #102 - 5621 11th St. NE.

I went by there a couple weeks ago, not open yet although I could see gear inside and it appeared that displays were going to be set up.

Hopefully this info prevents a wasted trip downtown for other members.

The new location isn't far from work so I will swing by sometime soon and see what progress they've made.

Stopped by at lunch today and the door was open. Painting is complete, gear is on display, and they are just finishing setting up. Spoke with Albert, they are carrying the same gear as before. Should be "similar" hours of operation he says.

Smaller place, on demo were some big-a$$ JBL L-220's driven by some beautiful Line Magnetic SET monoblocks.

There's no external sign, just printed paper in the door for now. Right beside Loyalty Springs, never thought to ask if that was related.

He owns both. Albert's nickname is "Springroll".

It's been open for business in the last 6 months or so now. It just that Albert is on Holidays for a week or so at least that's what he told me when I went to visit him last week. During my visit we listened to some 24K cd made from China that were transferred directly from the original tapes according to the cd write ups. Anyway, we were listening to his newly design horn loaded speakers, which were made by Line Magnetic for him and also driven by Line Magnetic power amp and pre amp. The sound was very much like music, the midbass was almost real perhaps this has to do with the 18" woofers.

He also has the top of the line Line Magnetic monoblocks that he's selling for $40,000. I'm looking to forward to auditioning it on my next visit.

Next time if you want to visit the Loyalty Sound give them a call first, as most likely he is going back and forth between the Loyalty Sound store and his Loyalty Springs business next door.
