How does one contact an advertiser who does not return messages? I have tried to contact a classified advertiser twice regarding a listed item, with no result. The ad is still visible, so I am optimistic that it might still be available.

Any advice?

Some sellers will only deal with people who have enough feedback. I see you are in the USA; will the seller ship to you?

this is a matter of much sadness. because of some fools all good and bonafide peoples gets the same treatment. What if payment is made received then the goods are released from advertisers - how to go about that ?

MANY American sellers on other sites (as well as this one) refuse to ship to Canada. Maybe the OP can explain that to us.
For Canadians, the attraction of Canuck Audio Mart is that we can avoid border and payment issues by dealing in our own country.

It is also true that many sellers have been messed around by deadbeat new members, so we would prefer to deal only with members with good feedback.

The main reason that I won't ship to other countries is that it takes so long for shipments to arrive, and buyers are often very impatient ... especially if they are not used to dealing with border and customs delays. I sold a pair of Cardas cables to a person in France, and it took almost two months for them to arrive. He wanted the cheapest shipping method, but he called me every name in the book ... even a scammer ... and he wrote almost daily until they were delivered. Never again.
