G'day Canuck audiophiles! As some of you know I moved to Oregon about 18 months ago and found a thriving audiophile community, surprising given the population. I've been distracted of late, I bought a Porsche Cayman coupe in July and the first thing I did was change out the entire audio system. Here's what I ended up installing:

Pioneer ABIC930BT NAV/CD/DVD/Bluetooth
Back Up Camera
HD radio module
Infinity Reference speakers
JL Audio Xd600/6 amplifier
JL Audio 10" subwoofer

I also went to great deal of trouble to install an Escort 9500ci detector/jammer.. as Sammy Hagar wrote "I can't drive 55" I have to say driving this car is the most fun I've had with my clothes on! Drive it like you stole it? Absolutely.

Please feel free to email me if you'd like to stay in touch jeff.logan2010@gmail.com I'll try to drop by Canuck Audiomart more often.

The Wife & I did some sight-seeing in Oregon a few years back and I must say it is one majestic state. The drive up to Mt. Hood is staggering in it's beauty. Enjoy! 8)

Funny, I almost bought a BMW Z4 and the seller screwed me over the day of the sale, just as well as I "settled" on a Porsche. Yup, I skied Mt. Hood in January for a week, the elevation and wide range of terrain was a lot of fun! I was back in Montreal/Ottawa/Toronto two weeks ago, I gotta say there's a lot of things Canada does right.

I spent quite a bit of time in the Hood River / Columbia Gorge area a couple of years ago……definitely great territory for a Porsche!

The speeding fines are over the top, hence the need for a top notch radar/jamming system. Man, there's a big difference in the price of cars, and the fact there's no sales tax of any kind sure is nice. Fit Gallo's in a Porsche? Jeez, I can barely fit a 10" subwoofer (without an enclosure) in the trunk
