Contact Integra and give them the serial number and model of your receiver. I did it a few months ago with a 20.3 and they finally agreed to fix it free of charge. There is a store that sells and repairs them about 20 minutes away from my house. What they do is add a fan on top of the receiver. It sure looks dumb and is somewhat annoying because it is always on, yet two years after the repair, my 80.1 is still rock solid. I still have 3 Integra receivers and a processor here. I should really think about getting rid of them... I don't think I ever will buy another because of the HDMI issues and must say I am extremely happy with the path I chose to take using older processors without HDMI, along with the Cambridge CXU/Oppo 105D.

Onkyo has replaced the board twice under warranty but this time it will be on me. I'm not sure all the hassle is worth it but the sound from the Panasonic's speakers is wretched and surround does add some impact to movies.
As for the fan, I came across a little USB powered number for $6.00 that I could use but really why should I have to. It appears that Onkyo is inept, has no concept of QA, and couldn't give a toss about their customers.
The bigger surprise is that they are still in business.
