We're on episode 5 of the last season.

The end of season 4 was just ..... awesome.

We were really into SOA, but I actually find BB more interesting, and more suspenseful. I guess you could say SOA is more visceral, whereas BB is more cerebral.

As an aside, how many of you guys out there have ditched Rogers/Bell and gone the streaming/download route?

We're planning on ditching Rogers this summer. My bill is the single largest monthly bill after my mortgage and car payment. It's out of control.

We already have Netflix, and if it were just up to me, I could find more than enough TV to watch there. Rogers bundles their packages in a way that you have to pay for 600 channels to get the actual 3 that you want to watch.

Coming up on a year cable-free, and not missing it at all.

Would you guys give a bit more detail? So you just buy the box, and get content with no subscription fees?

haven't cut the cord yet but seriously considering it. Most of the new shows we watch are on iPad apps which we stream to the Apple TV.

Just do it. Go here in Winnipeg to find out what you can get OTA for free: http://freetvwinnipeg.com/freetvwinnipe ... nipeg.html It's all free and in HD - we've been cable free for 10 years and haven't missed much...plus the cash we save goes to more important things.

Loved Breaking Bad, just finished it on Netflix too. Next we're going to watch something lighter, like Arrested Development...

Shameless was great, Breaking Bad was truly excellent... what would you recommend to watch next on Netflix?

Wouldn't think I would enjoy it at first, but I really got sucked into The Walking Dead.

I don't know if it's on Netflix, it's an older one, but "The Wire" is one of the best series I've seen. I'd put it up there with the Sopranos & Breaking Bad.

Big plus on House of Cards.....

Breaking Bad reset the bar on my expectations for broadcast (or streaming) television.

I'm currently about half-way through watching the second season of House of Cards....and it's almost at the same level.
