Have you been going through my record collection? :P
An excellent track from what may be my favourite Doug Sahm album.
The album is a classic! This track is my favourite version of the song.
Thanks tunecollector!!!

I like no pops and a nice wide soundstage of a live album

I had to stand in a line at Sams for the live albums of Supertramp Live in Paris (double album) cost 10.99 i was making 3.95 per hour at the time

bag was 45$ and a 24 was 9.25

So it goes,,still have it

Hoping to listen to it with some nice gear soon :D

3:30 minutes of pop pleasure. For the most part I could give a toss about a video, it's the always the music.
There are a few exceptions. When it all comes together it can be memorable.

Can't believe that this original version is nowhere to be found on youtube. Lots of covers, something called a "Maximum Overdrive" version and a few Brian Johnson interpretations.

One of the best ever from the Bon Scott era.

This tune is from a good old Detroit band and of course they never made it huge back in the day however they played all the venues in the Detroit/Windsor area including the High School I went to. ..........Ladies and gentleman......The Rationals!!...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gfFU4UHVKsg

I might be wrong but didn't they play this on CKLW back in the day.
Serious flashbacks here.

Yes they did. CKLW was also the call letters for the television station (channel 9 Windsor) which hosted the Robin Seymour show Swingtime, that this video came from.....Great call Mahatma1 !!
