QED silver spiral to my Rotel RCD-971. Locking rca, open and airy, detailed and it kinda looks cool.

I am using 2 meter interconnects because 1 meter is too short and 3 meters is too long.

I use Audio Note Lexus through out my system. It is neutral and very well priced compared to the competition.

Mapleshade Excaliburs or Cardas Golden Cross ICs usually get the job done for most CDP>Pre applications.
Audioquest Sidewinder budget ICs for mid-fi CDPs with tipped up or grainy high frequencies.

For digital interconnects, it depends on the equipment you have, in my experience. When I had a TeacT-1 transport the best interconnect was toslink. I tried a dozen different coaxial interconnects and the differences were small at best and given the price differences, toslink won everytime. In a friend's setup with different equipment, toslink was the loser...go figure!
Currently I have a Bryston cd player and I use the same analogue interconnects I use in the rest of the system. Same brand of speaker cables as well.

Not all toslink cables sound the same, I have cheaper ones and an expensive one and the expensive one sounds better.

I'm not a believer in expensive cables but I don't believe in using junk wire either. For my cd player I'm using Straight Wire Chorus 2.

For my USB cable I use the Nordost Heimdall 2. I never would have thought a USB cable would make any difference, but after hearing an extensive demo and then in my own system I was convinced. Don't ask me why.
For interconnects I use the Purist Aqueous 20th anniversary cables. Why? They are great cables, and I got a great deal on them...

I use good old bluejeans cables. Sturdy construction, very reasonably priced and produced by a very very credible company for the savvy audiophile.

I've tried blue jeans cables and, while I agree that they are very reasonably priced and are quite good, they just didn't do it for me. They were somewhat veiled to my ears...but yeah, they are pretty decent.

CD player is used as a transport. Generic Coax is fine. Toslink is fine ( Should be even better as it breaks a ground loop ).

Chord Anthem to the tube buffer then Kimber Tonic to the preamp.

Because they look nice.
