Can anyone recommend a power distributor with staggered start up and shut down?

I have one by Hubbell. Main recept is energized, when it sees demand, like a preamp, it triggers 4 more receptacles. About 10 second delay on and off.
It takes a minimal amount, but I have found some pre amp are not enough of a draw to trigger it. Adding the analog tuner to the preamp is enough. I don't have the documentation anymore to check the specs.
There are several more receptacles with constant power, and all have surge protection.
I would have to dig it out from behind to check part number but google should locate it.

Found it on their www page

Panamax do as well, but if buying new APC seem to be a better value.

The one I have is PowerZapp PZ 1800 programmable sequential power start - highly recommend it
there are more expensive models with built-in Timer/clock that will start at a programmed time - say 6:00pm

I have a Furman PS-8R rack mount. It will power everything up in sequence.
