We were wondering if there is a way to leave follow up feedback for a feedback that was left for us. We received positive feedback (which we truly do appreciate) but we would like to clarify something in the buyer's feedback that they left for us. The buyer purchased several records and in their feedback they mentioned that we used a proper record mailer and "even bubble wrap". Well, yes in this case we did use bubble wrap but along with cardboard filler pads (stiffeners). We don't want people thinking that we only use bubble wrap when packaging records but that we also use proper cardboard filler pads. Thanks for taking the time;

Contact the buyer and ask him to edit his feedback, unless of course it was a long time ago. Then you may be SOL! but like the other posters said, you can put in your other listings a little blurp of how you ship your vinyl.

Thanks for the input, it's obviously not a major problem because we do inform potential buyers as to how we package records, anyway, certainly not going to lose any sleep over it and thanks again;

Too much time may have passed to be able to use the Response feature as well as for the buyer to edit his feedback.

If the buyer is unable to edit his feedback, have him contact us moderators at moderators@canuckaudiomart.com and we can edit it on his behalf.
