I guess some people work on a different time table. I just had feedback left about 2 months after a sale.

I don't bother. I always leave it and I often receive it.

But if someone does not I just move on.

At this point my reputation is likely already established.

If you have time to list and sell items, you should have two minutes to leave feedback.

I always leave feedback since it is the only way to build a reputation, but on occasion I don't get any back.

I don't press people if they don't but it is helpful to both buyers and sellers to leave feedback as a courtesy.

Once on another site I was scammed by someone with a zero feedback rating which was a lesson learned. Thankfully I got my money back.

It has happened to me as well. I'm happy to provide feedback to this community but have been disappointed with the lack of return feedback. I do send the reminders but don't receive any response.

Same thing here. I left positive, sent reminders to the seller but nothing. It is just common courtesy which some people are surely lacking.

A buddy of mine, new CAMmer bought a piece of equipment, all went very fine. He left a pozitive feedback but did not received one after the many attemps via emails.

Perhaps the Seller didn't feel the transaction was a fine as the Buyer. Just because the deal was done doesn't mean it necessarily warrants positive feedback. I can think of situations where someone pestered me with dumb questions, wanted to debate the terms of sale, or were really aggressive in negotiations; these things didn't necessary warrant negative feedback, but at the same time didn't make me feel like I should recommend the buyer to other sellers.

I checked my profile and see that I have 47 feedbacks from 55 transactions, or 85%. I'm not sure what everyone else is seeing but that rate doesn't seem too bad. I think my feedback rates on eBay and AudioGon are much lower, something along the 50% range.

So good job Canucks!

Good manners should not be assumed... Personally blacklist the individual if it will make you feel better and move on.

Disappointing for sure but not a whole lot one can do about it. Best to move on and continue giving feedback, as you feel is warranted.
