There are probably a lot more Millennials, but they are too busy eating Cheezies and playing their Playstations to bother to vote in the poll.

The Cedar Lounge had the nastiest Mexican restaurant ... greasy and delicious, just what we needed to soak up the beer. LOL! We have Sneaky Dee’s in Toronto. It’s Mexican food is nasty when sober – but when drunk it’s a Michelin Star gourmet restaurant! Till this day it is still referred as Sneaky ...

I played in one of the Cedar Lounge bands here in London (circa 1980), along with the Demics and 63 Monroe. The Cedar Lounge had the nastiest Mexican restaurant ... greasy and delicious, just what we needed to soak up the beer. Almost 40 years later, I look like such a baby. I still have that Ricken...

I think it is reasonable to conclude that shipping insurance protects the SELLER and it is the seller's responsibility to refund the buyer. This is 100% consistent with both eBay and Paypal's shipping policies. Jim I respectfully disagree, Jim. You chose to haggle on the shipping, and you chose to ...

Thanks for the offer, but I am going to try and use them in the garage as they are. I don't feel like putting any money into them.

I've already had them out to test them with a multimeter. They are shot.

I am now convinced that the tweeters are bad. Oddly enough, they sound pretty good as they are, so they must crossover at a pretty high frequency. Now I have to decide whether to replace the tweeters, use the speakers as they are, or part them out.

I (reluctantly) took these on trade this morning. I say 'reluctantly' because I have never really loved British speakers, and I have never owned a pair of Celestions. I do have a Peavey guitar amp with a Celestion driver, but that is a different animal. The cabinets aren't in bad shape, but I am sur...

I've driven to someone's home to see a "fully functioning tuner" only to discover that it doesn't tune in an FM station in stereo. Asking specific questions via email ahead of time can avoid wasting both the seller's and buyer's time. . I'm wondering if that issue is only because the tune...

The issue is that you still have to deal with everybody's initial responses before you decide who to block. What you are failing to recognize is that over the years, most of us already have lists of people we don't want to deal with, so we have already dealt "with everybody's initial responses...

Maybe it took him that long to think up a truly unhelpful post.

I have an Accuphase T-107B and I love it. I would love to try an analog one though.

I use a Bryston TF-1 MC transformer and a Graham Slee Gram Amp 2SE phono preamp with an Ortofon MC20 Super. The Bryston has no ground connection, so I ground the tonearm to the Gram Amp. Try moving the transformer around a bit. You might find a spot that eliminates the hum.
