pop, electronic, rock, easy listening, anything I ever played on em sounds fabulous to me!! Now I don't listen loud at all, gave that up years ago after selling my AR9 and double HPM100 stack! lol

Good for you and your friends ecclectique!! You can each try different approaches and sample each other's end result... should save some time and effort :) novisad, those 10tx-70 are pretty rare beasts themselves!! I got a plan for this summer, gonna see if I can make a simplified version of those 4...

Spent a couple hours with my coral betas this afternoon, less the ribbons, and I'm always floored by the sound they produce, honestly can it get much better?

for the foot, thread a 2nd nut down tight to the first and use 2 wrenches to tighten them to themselves, then move your wrench to the lower nut and unscrew

the gentleman I acquired this cd880 from is a retired elec tech and he'd already changed out that same 33uf cap, now I never checked his work but I'm assuming he did it correctly hence the title of my thread; "who is the cd player repair pro?" somebody has to know someone that is expert at...

lens has been cleaned, disc spins for about 3 seconds then stops, it never shows the track count or total disc time, then it displays "error"

I think it needs professional help
