Marr is well known especially in the Nakamichi world for high quality belts.
Considering your CDX level of play, it would be my first choice of supply

Simple test...wrap the TT with kitchen tin foil. See if it stops. If it does, all the other internal wiring suggestions are yours to follow. 'Power chords'... Unfortunately your best defence is to develope your own, better, bulls*** detector. Read other forums, use snopes, read more documentation, practice and trial. If someones's opinion lines with your own thoughts, reach out by PM, start a conversation with those you feel have already traveled the path...

If no other way, just mark your ad clearly, and then do what most others do. Ignore, delete, move on.
