I have many hobbies, one being high end audio. I also enjoy memes. I love memes. I've noticed however, that there is a huge lack of audiophile memes out there. IF any of you have some to share, please post em! Also, I've created a Facebook group called Audiophile Memes, if sharing here is not allowe...

I had the BIS Maestro cables, which were one step down from the Vivat, and they were excellent. Probably the best speaker cables I've ever used. There was something very precise, dynamic and agile about them. Bass was very controlled, the sound was airy. I regret selling them. At the time I only the...

If you have a 4K tv, look into the Sony UBP-X800. It plays everything, including SACD. Retail is $400, but a lot of places were selling for $200 this past weekend for Black Friday. Haven't checked if it's still available. It's built like a tank. Not cheap plastic like most BRP's these days. 4K looks...

The easiest way to avoid these types of scams is, unfortunately, in my experience not to deal with newbies or 0 feedback people, My CAM account is set up so that only CAM members can contact me. I'm still cautious if dealing with someone with only one or two feedbacks and hasn't been around for a wh...

OMG, I just checked the price of Bitcoin. Haven't followed it in years. And to think that back in late 2013, I bought at $200ea and sold 2 weeks later at $1100 and I felt like a king. I would have had $20k today for my 2.5 bitcoins  Right when I sold, my buddy told me he formatted a hard driv...

If you need a good, small portable BT speaker, believe it or not, the Bose Soundlink Mini II is fabulous. Yes, I know Bose isn't really an audiophile brand, but their SL Mini II is really that good, for it's size. Probably the best BT speaker in that size category. Trust me. Go listen to one.
