....and how do you pull those grills off then? Are they just stuck or what tool did you use?

The grilles on these are not removable. You have access to all drivers from the back

How I see nobody answered to asking question - Why Denon DP-3000 spins for so high speed. If you still looking for answer try next - try to adjust the turntable reading head (located under a platter). Release 2 screws which hold this head, put platter on and via platter slot put a piece of paper bet...

Main reviewer at Hifi World uses the Sony TTS 8000 (big brother to the 4000) as a reference table. Important foray into the professional market by Sony in the late 1970s but Technics, Pioneer and Denon had it sown up. I would buy it myself if I did not already have 10 tables.
