Description
** This Ad is Marked as OFF by seller and cannot be responded to. ** This is a beautiful piece of vacuum tube history. The model 550 Radio tester by Supreme. This is NOT a tube tester. This piece was plugged into the tube socket of an old radio and the tube was plugged into the tester. Decibels, volts, ohms, etc could then be read in the circuit. Case is 1/4 sawn oak with a wonderful grain. Could probably be refinished but the veneer is solid. Great looking brass face plate with the Neon bulb and tube visible on the front. Great display piece and an even better conversation piece although could also be brought back and used as a service instrument in repairing old tube radios. I'd rather not ship this and I'm located in Barrie. Check out my other ad for a Supreme O'scope, same 1930's vintage in the vintage equipment category. $150 or make an offer.
