Both are in Excellent condition, only used in a no-smoking recording studio. Both need batteries unless you have phantom power! Both have spec sheets and the Sony its original box. Great for voice as well as string instrument recording or re-enforcement. Sony on the left, EV in the middle (vintage EV on the right is no longer for sale)
