Audio Power Industries Power Pack V (Power Wedge). It comes in the original box with manual and documentation, and the power cord. This is a current model for Audio Power Industries.

This rack-mountable power conditioner contains the following outlets:

Group I - Four unswitched source outlets. Intended for components that must have power at all times such as VCRs.
Group II - Four switched source outlets. These are activated with the on/off/remote switch.
Group III - Four switched power-amp outlets. For power amps, large receivers and other components with high power demands.
This unit has a remote sense power cable that can be set up to active the switched components in Groups II and III (instructions in manual).
