Tremendous CD player (no tray - top-loaded with small holding platter and then cover goes on top).
Tubed output (with volume control - no preamp required if you don't want). Wonderful design as well (electronically, and physically). This has simply become an extra component for me, and I'd like to get the $ to spend on other toys.
Do your own search online - rave reviews - see the 6 moons award this received. Make sure you search for the Droplet 5.0 - this isn't the smaller-sibling version.
