This paragraph added May 24th - price reduced (from $800) to $650. If no 'bites' on this, it will go on Audiogon, where (from my experience), it will be 'gon' soon enough.


I've played around with various stereo set-ups, and ultimately don't need this unit anymore - it's just gilding-the-lily in my current set-up, and I'd rather have the $ to spend on other toys.

It's a fantastic DAC - MSRP $1440, stellar 5/5 rating at AudioReview.com. It's also a Class A line amplifier (with volume control), so it can serve as both the DAC and pre-amp for a CD-player set-up.

I'm the second owner - minty condition in all respects, with original box. I'll also throw in my Signal Cable Digital Reference Power Cable (used with this).

A refurbished unit is being sold by Monarchy Audio (in the US) for $799 - my unit isn't refurbished, also has the SC DR power cord, and no taxes/duties to pay for Canadian buyers.

PayPal (3%) + shipping extra, but shipping $ will be actual cost (including insurance and delivery confirmation) - no 'handling fees' or exaggerated fees.
