This is Son'y first DVD player and was reference quality at the time, it's th eone with the dip switches to defeat macrovision and region coding. However it stops working in the middle of playing a disc, could be just a minor issue. Come pick it up it's yours. Was going to just toss it but maybe you can fix it.
