I am selling my A1 as I just (and I mean just) received my new A35 (YAY!). This player was purchased off Future Shop in December of 2006 with a 2 year extended warranty (I have the receipt of course). I have had no problems (unlike some of the A1 owners) with playback and love that this comes with the 6ch analog outs. It is upgraded to the 2.3 firmware (I know there is a 2.4 update, but I like to wait a few weeks first to see what happens with it). It has been used in my home theatre that is about as dust controlled as you can get. With the two year warranty, you would end up getting a new player if this stopped working. Having said that, these were made big and bullet-proof. Let me know...
