These are all unfinished projects for vintage audio collectors!
The tube radio and turntable came out from a wood 1960's console It has to be made to work again, whether separate or put back into a console. I do also have an available console for those who have an electrical background and know how to re-store! Vintage 1950's Blaupunkt Arkansas Deluxe Multi-Band Radio tube receiver, with matching record player Unique multi-band radio With turn table that can play 78, 45, and 33 RPM records The record player is a Garrard it is fully auto, plays 16/33/45/78 RPM Size: 24"L x 16"W x 30"H All good components were pulled from an 1960's wooden console which was damaged The wooden console was tossed out, and is just the chassis with all electronics, Turn Table, front face plate, and back panel remains Got this as a project, and was planning to build a cabinet for it. However honestly I can't anymore due to severe arthritis All the parts needed are included The face plate looks good, glass is intact This would be a great restoration project! Best offer or trade for tube/gear
Also Up for sale is a Bogen Challenger Model CHA-75 (This model is from 1974) 75 Watt mono block. Could be used as a PA amp or convert to guitar amplifier. Nice chassis and good working output transformer. It's being sold as is Required tubes are: 2 x 5U4 Rectifiers 1 x 6AV6 1 x 6AN8A 1 x 12AX7 4 x 6AV5 GA Output tubes
+ New power cord has been replaced The front panel has separate volume controls for each input (MIC 1, MIC 2 & Phono) and a separate bass and treble/On/Off control. The back panel has an RCA type input plug for Phono or CD connection, an electric receptacle, two speaker output sockets with a 6 screw speaker terminal strip with a wire that allows you to choose G, COM, 4, 8,16 or 65 ohms plus 25v and 70v. There's also two bias adjustments on the top to independently adjust the power tubes bias (nice feature). This amp powers up fine and works with all of the tubes lighting up and the transformers stayed nice and cool during the testing. The sound is very loud from this amp!
The chassis and cage are in really good condition for its age with no rust at all and just very minor age related wear The cage and bottom plate are present and also in good shape. Includes original metal cage It measures approximately 17" x 12" x 6 1/2" Weighing about 30 lbs. Powers on! All very strong tested tubes (all heat up and glow perfectly) Its in pretty good shape. The previous Cam member owner of this amp gave it a 7 and I concur with him and also rate it a 7 of 10 (due to a few scratches on the upper case and a broken knob.) All the parts needed are included All items are all cosmetically looking good!
All are unfinished projects, I was planning to build a cabinet for it. However honestly I can't manage anymore due to severe arthritis/health issues
