Selling my SOTA vacuum TT as I am moving to digital music. I had the TT upgraded by SOTA in Chicago approximately 3 years ago with a new bearing, platter top and rubber lip on the platter at a cost of $1500. I have the documentation of the work done on the upgrade. It has less than 100 hours on it since the refurb was done.

I have a rare SAEC 407 tone arm and a Dynavector 20X2 HOMC cartridge with very low hours. I will include a Hagerman Bugle phono preamp in the deal. I will be happy to audition it with the Pass Labs gear in my home system. I have the current packaging and will help you with the packaging, but given the weight of the platter, I am unwilling to ship the table.

Asking $2K and will consider all reasonable offers. I would be keen to consider a trade for a high-end solid state amp, but that would be the only gear of interest to me, particularly a late version upgrade of a McCormack amp.

There are many really fine new TT's, but almost none have a 38 lb. suspended vacuum platter that ensures mass coupling of the vinyl to the platter. It is a belt-drive TT. I rate the condition of the table as a 7/10 and it does have a dust cover.
